A few changes going on, lately?  Yea, I bet!

When our circumstances change our habits get changed, also. Consciously managing these changes can allow us to drop some old habits and develop new ones. For example, if you had a few extra minutes in the morning what would you do with it? If you’re now working from home that’s exactly what you have. What are you going to do with that opportunity? If you don’t think about it you’ll probably squander it and make no real change. You might even develop a bad habit, like staying up later feeling you you can sleep in more. Challenge yourself to think about what good habit you could develop with that – a quick workout, clean up, start working earlier, make a decent breakfast – and then stick with it for 3 weeks to cement the new habit in place.  Maybe something else, like turning off the news for a time or re-instituting family dinners.

We’d love to hear how it goes. Good Luck!
