Susan P Clancy

Susan has been a customer service representative for the agency since 2013 and handles the Excess and Surplus (E&S) side of things when the standard markets aren’t willing to quote your business.

She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild for her appearances in McDonald’s commercials back in 1991 where she worked as a 1st Assistant Manager while attending college.  She has her BS in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistical Analysis and Actuarial Science.  She worked in the underwriting department for Blue Cross and Blues Shield fresh out of college then left to raise her 3 kids who now live in Illinois, California, and Wisconsin.

When not working from home in Central Florida, Susan can be found enjoying the beach, golfing, riding a coaster, traveling to see her kids and sipping margaritas.  She is a die-hard Yankees, New York Rangers and KC Chiefs fan and has been the champion of a football and hockey fantasy league. Susan is a huge animal lover and hopes when it is time for retirement, she will start a gig as a foster home for all types of animals in need.
