It’s Springtime, which means fresh flea and tick collars for the critters. And within a few hours of getting her new collar office dog Leia had a seizure. Could a new collar have caused it? Quite possibly, even likely. Keep an eye on your pets, particularly dogs, when you get them a new flea/tick collar.
She’s fine, it was a relatively minor one and she’s had 3 before that we’re aware of, but it’s only the second in about 6 years.
Oh, and consider pet insurance. Veterinary bills are pretty hefty.
