Don’t pass a school bus when it’s stopped and onboarding or discharging students. Everybody should know that. Still, drivers are stupid and do it anyway. Some of our municipalities are stepping up and installing camera systems on the buses designed to catch vehicles that pass them when stopped, including Shelton, Bridgeport, New Haven and Danbury. Great! Now if we could just get police to crack down on tinted and obstructed license plates. Yea, we’re talking about you with the bike rack.
