This is not serious governance by our elected representatives. Our CT Professional Insurance Agents association has pro-actively lobbied our CT Congressional delegation, to no avail.
It’s the fourth patch since Oct. 1st, 2023. It is the 27th short-term NFIP re-authorization since 2017. No re-authorization has been for more than 1 year.
